One of our favorite YouTube channels, Helen’s Recipes, recently posted a super simple recipe for cá hấp, a steamed fish with mushrooms, glass noodles, all rolled up in rice paper.

This is also a good dish for those with Spartan kitchens as all that’s needed to cook this dish is a pot, its lid, a ceramic plate and a steamer.
