A healthy dose of seasonal charm is being added this month, as evidenced by the Christmas tree standing beside the vintage luggage at the lobby.

On the 24th and 25th, Saigon Jingling, a four-course meal, brings a special Saigon twist to seasonal favorites. Offering land and sea, the menu includes special items such as gin-cured salmon, pan-seared turkey breast and Christmas pudding with brandy sauce while live music plays. Meanwhile, the new year arrives with Ba Son Sparkles. Before the ball drops on the 31st, a new dinner menu will be released that includes Ca Mau crab tartar, Japanese scallops and Parma ham.
